Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Remote Google Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across the Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing search, display, shopping, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns while consistently achieving ROI-driven results.
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and scale paid acquisition strategies for multiple brands and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad relevance and performance
- Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with designers to create high-converting creatives
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad placements to improve ROI and reduce CPA
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments
- Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
- Manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or SaaS campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
- Basic understanding of SEO and other paid platforms such as Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads
