About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Remote UI/UX Designer to join our growing digital team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for websites and web applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout across products
- Improve usability through feedback, testing, and design iteration
- Design responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (remote experience is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability testing
- Experience designing responsive and accessible web interfaces
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setup
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with mobile app UI design (Android/iOS)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
